The X23 bus fare is 5 AED per person for the single one-way trip from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to International City Bus Station. If you travel by X23 bus from International City to Al Ghubaiba, the bus fare is still 5 AED per person.

You must have a nol card to pay the bus fare in X23 bus. Because the bus does not accept the fare by any other way. If you do not have a nol card, you can buy it from any bus station in Dubai.
