The Ajman Police Department has announced 50% discount on traffic fines. All citizens and residents of Ajman Emirate are entitled for Ajman Fine Discount 2024 for their traffic violations committed on the roads of Ajman.

On November 1, 2024, the Crown Prince of Ajman and the Executive Council Chairman, Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi issued a directive towards Ajman Police to announce 50% traffic fines discount.

Eligibility for Ajman Fine Discount

All citizens and residents who have traffic fines issued by Ajman Police, are eligible for 50% fine discount in Ajman. The citizens are eligible for a fine discount only if they pay the fines during the offer period.

All traffic fines are eligible for discount except the fines charged for serious traffic violations. For example: The traffic fines issued for careless driving or racing are not eligible for discount.

Moreover, the Ajman traffic fine discount is applicable on fines issued till October 31, 2024. If you have traffic fines issued on or after November 1, 2024, the 50% fine discount is not applicable for those fines. But you can pay earlier issued fines and get 50% discount.

Ajman Fine Discount Limit

The Ajman traffic fine discount 2024 is 50% without any limit. There is no maximum amount limit on traffic fines discount, so you can get 50% discount on all accumulated fines on your license and vehicle(s). Let me explain it with an example,

For example: You have total accumulated traffic fines of 15000 Dhs. So, you can pay the fines now by just paying 7500 Dhs to Ajman Police and the remaining 7500 Dhs is the discount that you get by paying the fines during the discount period.

Ajman Fine Discount Offer Period

The Ajman Fine Discount Offer Period starts from November 4, 2024 and it ends on December 15, 2024. If you want to receive 50% discount on fines in Ajman, you must pay all your fines before 15 December 2024.

The citizens/residents cannot get 50% fine discount if they pay traffic fines before November 4 or after December 15, 2024.

Ajman Fine Discount on Installments

Many people have heavy traffic fines on their license and vehicle(s). Therefore Ajman Police provide a facility to pay traffic fines in easy monthly installments for up to 12 months.

• Overspeed Driving in Restricted Speed Areas (80 kmph or higher speed)
• Careless Driving or Driving in a Way to Cause Harm to Other Vehicles/People
• Jumping a Red Light Signal with a Heavy Vehicle
• Driving that Caused a Major Accident and/or Injuries
• Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs/Substances
• Driving a Bike or Car without a Valid License
• Driving a Stolen Vehicle
• Driving an Unregistered Vehicle
• Driving in Prohibited Areas/Roads
• Modifying a Bike or Car without Written Permission
• Overtaking One or More Vehicles in a Wrong Way

The traffic fines issued for above violations are NOT eligible for 50% discount in Ajman. If you have such traffic fines on your vehicle(s)/license, you have to pay 100% amount of fines to Ajman Police.
