How to Open FAB Account Online
You can open an FAB bank account online with help of FAB Mobile App. Just download & install FAB Mobile App on your phone and follow the steps to open your FAB bank account online.
- Open FAB Mobile App on your mobile phone.
- Select the FAB Bank Account that you want to open online.
- Provide your Emirates ID Number and submit it.
- Follow on-screen instructions to go through the security verification process.
- Enter your personal details including your mobile number and email.
- Upload required documents and tick the box to Agree with FAB Terms & Conditions.
- Submit your application and exit the FAB Mobile App.
- It may take up to 24 hours to approve and process your FAB account opening online application.
The FAB Bank will send you an email and/or SMS when your FAB Bank Account is opened and ready to use.
Can I Open FAB Zero Balance Account Online?
FAB iSave Account: FAB Zero Balance Account Opening Online Service is available Only for Existing Customers.
*Please note that the FAB Bank Zero Balance Account Opening via FAB Mobile App is available for you only if you already have a bank account with FAB.
If you do not have an FAB bank account and you still want to open a zero balance bank account (i.e. FAB iSave Account), you can open it by visiting a nearby FAB branch.
In case you want to open any other type of bank account (not listed above), you must visit a FAB bank branch to open your account.

You can open 8 types of bank accounts online through FAB Mobile App. In case you want to open an FAB Bank Account that is not available in its mobile app, you have to visit a nearby FAB Bank branch.
Kindly follow the steps given below to open your FAB Bank Account at the bank branch.

- Tick the Branches box and Use Current Location box.
- Find your nearest FAB Bank branch and note its address.
- Visit the FAB Bank branch and meet the bank executive.
- Talk to the executive and get the account opening form.
- Fill up the FAB Account Opening Form with your personal details.
- Attach required documents and submit the form.
- Complete the remaining formalities and exit the bank branch.
You can expect an email or a call from the FAB Bank after 24 hours of form submission.
FAB Account Opening Requirements
You have to meet the basic requirements to open an FAB Bank Account online or in-person at an FAB branch. Here I am sharing the eligibility criteria and required documents for opening an FAB Account in UAE.
